In this stop motion animation, John Kelly shows how a farmer follows the footsteps of modernity, turns his little farm into an industrial animal factory that speeds up processes. After learning the errors of his decisions he finally returned to the old way thus going ‘Back to the start’. Coldplay’s ‘The Scientist’ is performed by country music legend Willie Nelson for this short film. Both the film and the soundtrack were commissioned by Chipotle to emphasize the importance of developing a sustainable food system.
